Return Process

  Log into your Blackberrys account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth quality check process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
